Installation of binary packages for end-users and application developers should work without problems. If, after carefully checking the FAQ and installation guide, you still have a problem [and possibly a solution for it], mail it to monetdb-developers@lists.sourceforge.net.

Reporting a software bug requires great care, because it should concisely identify the problem, provide all factual information about the context, etc.. No guarantee is given on its quick resolution, unless you enter into a commercial support agreement. The bug tracking and resolution scheme is based at SourceForge, see Bug Tracker. Only MonetDB developers have permission to submit and assign bug reports to individual developers. Reports received through the mail account will be matched against known issues and appear in the bug or feature request tables maintained at SourceForge.
